1.4 These Terms shall constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Yesnmore. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies.

1.5 If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform or any associated Services.

6.3 For prescription products, valid prescriptions from licensed medical professionals must be uploaded.

6.4 The Platform acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the advice or prescription provided by any Practitioner.

6.5 Yesnmore is not liable for the consequences of using such advice or prescriptions. Users must consult a doctor before acting on any health advice provided through the Platform.

7. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

7.1 Orders can be placed via the Platform and may be paid via:

●      Credit/Debit Card

●      Net Banking

●      UPI

●      Cash on Delivery (if available)

7.2 Orders requiring a prescription will only be processed upon validation by a qualified representative.

7.3 Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, INR 80 will be charged as cancellation/delivery cost.

7.4 Returns are allowed for unused and unopened products, with a 20% restocking fee if returned within 30 working days.

7.5 Refunds for damaged or expired products will be processed in 7-10 working days.

13. TERMINATION

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14.2 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

14.3 Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 45 days, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue shall be Delhi and English language.

 

15. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1 No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any other breach.
